Create New account What files added?

Hello when I click create new account and I create a new account. What files are added on the server.

I know that a folder in directory "home" is added folder name will be the username.
What else is added or edited?

What I am trying to do is:
I have 300 accounts on a dual server and I want to move them to my other server my apache is damaged and other stuff that I cannot access cpanel. But I can access all the files for cpanel and my server. what files should I move to the new server as a cpanel backup?
Example: I will move the "home" folder since all user files are there but what cpanel files should I move?

Again question is:
What cpanel files should I move?
