Creating full local backups of all accounts?

WHM has the option to set external backups using Main >> Backup >> Configure Backup

But is it also possible to have the same option, but store all files locally, so they can be manually downloaded?

I thought I could just create an account, add an ftp account and use those settings. But I think WHM backup will then backup the backup files within the new backup!

Is there another way, rather than using the local /backup folder?
