Yes, the mail delivery also fail to send to me. and the error mesage "Backup is not done today as per whm backup settings at /scripts/cpbackup line 347. "

So, the backup also probelm?

You need to configure your server contact email address in the Contact Manager in WHM. You can also setup backups to work as you'd like in Configure Backups section, also in WHM.

I don't think you have any errors to speak of, just not configured properly.

In WHM under the "Server Contacts" section there are two options:
- Change System Mail Preferences
- Contact Manager

You need to play with the settings in there. You can disable notifications for some or all aspects.

Please make sure that you have configured the backup via WHM correctly. Please look at http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/Configure_Backup.htm.
