I am running S35075.
I had to restore a file and found that although the daily and weekly backups seem OK, the Monthly backups are dated as March 8 .
The backup is configured to store all 3.

You will have to check the logs to see what happened (ie, did it timeout, did it get interrupted, did it get stuck, etc). That's the only way to really determine the cause.
I notice that the monthly is now not runnning on 3 servers. All are using stable versions of software.
Am I the only person noticing this? That's hard to believe considering the number of servers affected.
