    Default DATA Redunency.

Is there a possible method to perform a HA/load-balanced/Fail-over cluster within a cPanel-based nodes?

Within the realm of Cpanel itself, the answer is "NO" ...

Cpanel does not support clustering other than DNS and MySQL and even those are not true clustering in the strictest sense.

Setting up any kind of "failover" redundancy with Cpanel per it's own means and support is impossible.

    However, with that said ---

There is many HA/LB technologies that can be put into the mix alongside Cpanel and customized (thus non-supported) configurations that you can do that would enable you to do many of these things.

A lot is going to boil down to budget and needs really more than anything
