    Default Downloading to Drive

Forgive me if this has already been posted, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere in the search feature.

I'm using CPanel 10, and I'm not sure if this is an error or not, I can't seem to get any backups onto my computer, which I need. Is there anyway I can get backups to the computer? Or do all of them have to be in the home directory?

    Thanks.

Click the backup icon/link in your control panel, you should have a link there to download the backup to your computer or you can do it by FTP. There's no way to just have the backup through your control panel save directly to your machine.
