Exclamation Full Backup - Internal Server Errors

Full Backup - Internal Server Errors

    Hello,
Yesterday i tried to transfer my cpanel account from current hosted account to new dedicated server, but i got a "Internal Server Error" after did backup.

    Versions WHM/CPANEL
    - Actual Hosted Cpanel Account: 11.24.4-RELEASE_33609 (Just a account hosted)
    - New dedicated server: cPanel 11.24.4-R33609 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 (I have here a dedicated server with WHM, root access)

    My steps:
1- Generate a full backup on cpanel account (current server)
2- Transfer this by FTP (SSH) to /home dir (to new server)
3- Execute, with WHM a restore Full Backups (on new server)

Well, the success message appear normally, but when i try to
access my account by "dedicated ip" i got "Internal Server Error".

I would be grateful if someone help me.

Check the permissions on that accounts public_html to see if they are set correctly. You might also try accessing the account from your browser and then check the error log for clues.

    My access_logs too.

How to check permissions of public_html?
What do you mean by that?

    Thanks for your help.

By that snip of log, your Apache installation seems to be restarting over and over. You should probably contact your host for assistance, or put in a ticket with cPanel.
