In your old hosting account you should be able to download a home directory backup, database backups and email filters and forwarders backups. Then on your new hosting, you should be able to upload these backups.

All of this is done via the Backups section of the cPanel interface.

    Lightbulb

How large is this account? Database? Files?
What errors is the new host having when he attempts to restore it?
Have you tried doing just a database backup on its own via your cpanel and a home directory separately?

I would take note of the forwarders and filters you use but not worry too awful much about those. You need the sites files and the database(s) more.

You can extract it locally too and just upload what you need? I have done this before in a pinch.

You should be very careful who you give access to your site or server to. Just adding a word of caution here...
