Default Hard drive full server running on raid1

My Server hard drive is now 85% full and the server is running on raid1, I need to replace the hard drive with minimum downtimes to the server. Can anybody suggest the method to do.

That will depend somewhat on your partition scheme. How are things laid out? Plain partitions? LVM? Etc....

Add a new raid array to your existing one... and mount it as /home1, and cpanel will use this for new accounts.... and if you can, move some of the accounts from home over to /home1

Also, go through your system and clean up any junk / garbage like old backups, huge log files, etc... so clear up space on your main raid array.

Install an additional hard drive (does not need to be raid) for your /backup if you are doing local backups on this server... a nice big one.

OR.... build a new server, and migrate your accounts to it....
