how to backup from 1st server to 2nd server

hi i got 1 question and still cant make it work. i recently already host at 2 hosting. 1 of the hosting will be close soon and i want to backup my file with sql at server 1 transfer to 2nd server. how can i make it work. i already use backup function and i full backup but in my 2nd server i already have folder and sql database same name with 1st server. how can i change the database and folder to make it work in 2nd server?

sorry for my broken english. i hope somebody can help me.

Rename it on the old server. Then the new server will have no problems with it.

are you starting with a new server with no accounts? delete the account/info from the new server, and then use the transfer function within whm....
