Imports full backup as Reseller

Maybe i look over it.. but is it possible to import an full backup as reseller? A backup that also restores the MySQL Databases, Email accounts, Subdomains etc. ? And if this is possible, what is the function called in the WHM?

Short answer, No. Just ask you host to do it for you. You can help them out by making cpanel backups then put them on your new server.
