Incremental Backup with user and group incorrect

Hello,

Every night I make a backup of my server through WHM.

If you set the option "Incremental Backup" disabled the backup is compressed.
Each file is compressed with the user and group like the original.
If you set the option "Incremental Backup" as enabled, then the backup is not compressed.
But all the files have user=root and group=root.

This is a problem in doing a restore because some files should have user and group as nobody.

Is there any way you do "Incremental Backup" but with the files with your user and group correct?

In that case, I recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at the server so we can figure out why these permissions are not being preserved.
