How can initiate a full backup for 1 account via COMMAND as root without need account data and store that to specific directory ( /backup/fullbackup/ )into server ?

/scripts/pkgacct username ; mv cpmove-username.tar.gz /path/to/folder

where username is the cPanel username of the account whose backup you want to generate. This will generate the backup of the account in the /home partition and move it to the folder you specify.
