Default My site lost its db somehow.. RESTORE HELP!

    Hello all,

    I am using:
    cPanel 11.24.5-S38506 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
REDHAT Enterprise 5.4 i686 standard on services

    I am trying to:
    Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file

I get this message while in WHM (NOTE: I do see my most recent backup in /home):
    I use user: mytester
    MESSAGE I GET: Restore Error
Cannot restore. That user already exists on this system

I then go to my shell prompt and I type:
    root-shell>./resotrepkg --force mytester
    [CORRECTION: /scripts/restorepkg --force mytester]

I then get a message that /home/cprestore is not a directory, can't chdir... It appears /home/cprestore is a file, I don't see a directory called 'cprestore', is there suppose to be one?

    Any ideas????

Rename or remove the cprestore file, it should be a directory by default where all restored cpmove-*.tar.gz files are moved when you restore a backup. Try the restore command again, it should create cprestore directory itself.
1 solution works for all problems. Trying harder!

thank you for your reply... I did get further after I mv the file to a BK file and then reran the script...

    But now I get:
    Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /root/cprestore loaded backup-9.17.2009_20-44-44_mytester/cp/mytester)?

    Moving Packge to /home/cprestore/backup-9.17.2009_20-44-44_myuser.tar.gz

    Extracting tarball...................
    Done

    Extracting Domain....Done

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home/cprestore loaded backup-9.17.2009_20-44-44_fwclweb5/cp/myuser)?
    checked 16 files.....

I don't understand this, what is missing?
