    Default MySQL Backup

When I backup a MySQL database of about 6.02MB and 95 tables the cPanel Backup utility only backs up just under 1MB and 10 tables. There is no error message given or any other indication backup has not been successful.

Filespace is not an issue on either the web server or my local machine. Nor is bandwidth.

I get exactly the same amount backed up when I copy the database to a new file on the web server and then back this up.

I need to be able to fully backup my databases - please advise how!

    Thanks

Probably a bug in the backup system. I would'nt trust it as far as i can throw it, and thats not far.

I think apart from this what u can do is you can just try the TORA tool which comes with FC4, connect it to the musql server abd u can access all the tables and othe stuff. I think u can then take backup from there also.
