Default restore backup: backups not found in /restore/cpbackup

I am trying to restore a backup and placed the backups from the accounts in /restore/backup.

However when I go to "Restore Backups", I get the following messages:

Sorry, there are no backups located at /restore/cpbackup!

Eventhough the backups are located in that directory.

How can I fix this? I am using WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.4-R26138

    Default

Some accounts could be restored, but most of them not.

I was looking through the posts and is it possible that is has to do with the versions of cpanel? The backups are from a server with an older version of cpanel and somehow this server with the latests cpanel version doesn't restore these accounts.
