Server backup over FTP

Hi all,

I need to configure a Weekly backup (all accounts) over ftp, when i select Configure backup option and save configuration, system show a following message:

Only accounts can be backed up over FTP. The configuration file backup option has been turned off.

When I go to ftp server , the backup was not completed, and I don´t find the reason why this.

Backups logs?

over ftp can be backed up all accounts?

You can check the backup logs from the below mentioned location:

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/xxxxx.log
