    Default Using Evault for backup

Does anyone have any experience using evault from i365.com?

We need to know what's the best practice for backing up our cpanel servers.

Do you use the WHM backup locally and then copy to evault? If so, does it then recopy the entire tar file to the vault or just the differences from within the tar?

Are there any other files that we should backup in addition to the account tar files?

    Thanks in advance.

if you have another server better take backup all important directories for configuration, setup mysql replication, clients backup, also take slave mysql database as well.
