I'm on a VPS where they've disabled cPanel's automatic backup.
For backing up individual domains, can I use cPanel to create the backup file, then move the file into the /home directory, then use WHM >> Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file?

Does the restore create a new account? Will it successfully copy over an account of the same name?
