Windows Login pop-up

Hello - We are new to cpanel, thus far are very excisted about it. I am working through a problem now where a user goes to login to their admin or webmail and get the microsoft login window. They cancel it and behind that, the cpanel HTML login page comes up. Can someone explain in newbe terms how to correct this.

that is not a problem! thats the way cpanel login works.

you just input the correct username and password on the pop-up login window then press OK, and you will logged in to cpanel.

cpanel HTML login page is just a backup, incase your browser doesn't support HTTP Authentication.
