I am trying to transfer an account from one server to the other one, but I always get the same error.
Here is the log of the xfer from WHM:

How large is the site?

One is 593 M, the other 55 M; and it's the same error for both

55M shouldn't be a problem to transfer... assuming you have enough free space on the old server for the archive.

It could be a permissions issue, although I would think the easiest thing to do is to download a full site backup from the old server, and then restore the site on the new server using WHM's "Restore a full backup".

I know its not a fix, but it should do as a one-off workaround if you aren't expecting to transfer other sites from the old server.

if you have root to both you could use the package account script and then scp the file over and place back onto the server...
