12All and Cpanel

I currently have Cpanel 9.4.1-STABLE 65 and 12All mailing list software installed. For about a month now, when I send out an e-mail through 12All... I get half of the messages (120+) bounced back from a list of about 351 messages. The error message is e.g.:

unrouteable mail domain "aol.com"


Does anyone have any ideas? Prior to September, it was working fine.

AOL does not accept mail from servers that do not have REVERSE DNS or PTR records. You need to speak to your NOC about this.

host 123.123.123.123

where 123.123.123.123 is your ip

if you get FAIL .. then your dc doesnt have a reverse dns record for your hostname..

Thanks for the quick reply... however... this happens with several other domains besides AOL... could it be the same problem as well?

This is more likely to be the setting in WHM > Tweak Settings > The maximum each domain can send out per hour
