Either follow the installation guide:
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/WebHo...stallation.htm
Or log a ticket with cPanel who will usually perform installations for free.

OH COOL THIS IS SO AWESOME! i can t get cpanel beacuse its as some damn .sea file that i can open!
You download the shell script called "latest" which is here:
http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
Then run it on your server from a root shell. The installation pretty well takes care of itself when you run that script.

Please refer to the Installation Guide for full details regarding how to prepare your server for cPanel/WHM and how to download and execute the shell scripts on your Linux or FreeBSD server. The Installation Guide is available at:
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/WebHo...stallation.htm
If after reading the installation guide thoroughly, if you continue to experience issues installing cPanel/WHM, simply send your root login credentials and server's IP address to sales@cpanel.net and I'll route it to our techs for assistance.
You are also welcome to request a free installation of cPanel/WHM on a test license. Just send your server's IP IP address and root login credentials to sales@cpanel.net and we'll have someone do the installation for you. Note, your server must be properly prepared for a cPanel/WHM installation as-per the aforementioned Installation Guide for the installation process to be successful.
