1Mb Edit file size

Can't edit file with size 1.06 Mb via CPanel -> File Manager -> Edit function.
It is just grey colored, I've checked another (lesser) file and Edit function becomes blue and I was able edit it. Who knows how fix it.
In WHM -> Tweak Settings:
Max Post Size = 55Mb
Max Upload Size = 100Mb
Please let me know where should I dig.

What type of file was it? what was the file extension?

You can also check the php.ini file in ssh just in case.

Are you close to your disk quota according to the main screen of the cPanel interface?

I recommend submitting a support ticket so our technical analysts can see this happening and can figure out what is causing this to happen on the server(s): http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
