2083 and 2087 not working

Hello,

Secure ports not working.
After checking found that a site had SSL installed on a shared IP.So uninstalled the certificate for the same.Tried easy apache,upcp,rebooting the server didn't help

After that tried regenerating SSL certificate and restarting the cpanel,but it didn't help Tried restarting stunnel.

Please advice asap.

May sound logic but are those ports open on the firewall?
Are they not working server wide or just for one domain?

The ports are open in firewall and this is a server wide problem.
