    Default 404 Default page

    Hello,

How can I set the 404 and other Error pages with a default template for my customers ?

So when new accounts are set up, cPanel will automaticaly upload a default 40X to customers homedir (customer might be able to change to he/she 40X page obviously).

    Thank you !

You can use the /root/cpanel3-skel/ directory for such purposes.

Add the following in the .htaccess file inside public_html folder and make the files accordingly

    ErrorDocument 500 /script_error.html
    ErrorDocument 404 /error_page.html

Eg: make a filename called error_page.html inside the public_html folder , so that all 404 pages will be servers by the contents inside the page error_page.html.
