406 - Not Acceptable Error

Hi,

Since having Mod_security on my cPanel box I have had problems with certain scripts including ModernBill and xoops. The problem in xoops occurs only when I try get the following link to edit Groups:

I have no odea why this is but I can tell you it is not a permissions thing as I have had the files and directories all set to 755 and 777 but still no joy.

Please can someone help.

In WHM check your mod security log file. It will tell you what is triggering this.

Where is the config file located? The submitter to edit the config in WHM is broken in WHM 9.9.9 cPanel 9.9.9-S15

The audit log is at

/usr/local/apache/logs/audit_log

The config files are usually at

/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec.conf

/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec.user.conf
