421 SMTP Error

At somepoint over the last few updates one of my larger clients gets this error.

421 Too many connections from your IP at this time. Try again later.


I thought it was the tweak settings dealing with number of POP3 connections an hour.

Bumped that up to 2000, and they still have the same problem.

Where else should I be looking?

Try increasing the value for smtp_accept_max configuration option in exim.conf file. More information can be found at :
