450 Error during write to data connection: Invalid argument

Ok this has been going on for a week now. I upgraded to the latest version of CPanel and did everything possible and my clients still cannot download any files to their own computers via FTP. I have switched back and forth from Pure-FTP to Pro-FTP and the problem still persists. Does ANYBODY know how to fix this problem?

Dear GlobalPN,

Upgradation to the latest version of cpanel has caused some problems with ftp as reported by cpanel.

Try commenting the line

/var/run/proftpd/scoreboard

in proftpd.conf. Check to see if that solves the problem.
