451 Mail Error, Need Help ASAP!!

I'm getting a 451 Mail Error when trying to send mail, I also can't receive any mail... logs say this when I try to receive an E-mail:

2005-02-13 19:51:02 H=(hotmail.com) [65.54.233.187] sender verify fail for <jdhf99@hotmail.com>: unrouteable mail domain "hotmail.com"
2005-02-13 19:51:02 H=(hotmail.com) [65.54.233.187] F=<jdhf99@hotmail.com> rejected RCPT <corey@clockworkcomputers.com>: Sender verify failed
2005-02-13 19:51:06 failed to expand condition "${perl{checkspam}}" for lookuphost router: Undefined subroutine &main::checkspam called.

Anyone have any idea? This of course happened after I updated cPanel to 10.0.0-R85...

I'm seeing the exact same error messages in my exim logs. This only seems to happen when sending email via a web page (squirrelmail, php pages, etc.)

How do you roll back a version?

I ended up fixing it, I copied exim.pl, exim.conf, and antivirus.conf from my other server to the one that was having problems. Not sure why they got deleted when I upgraded..
