(5)Input/output error: anyone seen this before?

Here is the full error:

(5)Input/output error: could not open transfer log file /usr/local/apache/domlogs/example.com.

Apache is crashed and this is the trailing error.

Since there was space left on the file systems error it must of run out of inodes.

Now this is tricky, by terminiating the four accounts causing the issue the server was stable again.

I will work on the inode thing later...
