509 Bandwidth Limit Exceed

Hi there,

When I try to access to http://SERVER_IP/whm, it says
509 Bandwidth Limit Exceed

I just installed WHM/cPanel and it gave me that error msg?!

wget layer1.cpanel.net/latest
chmod 777 latest
./latest


Any one help?
