    Default 9 hours install time of cpanel?

    Hi, I've been trying to install cpanel/whm on our VPS on Serverplex. It's been one week since we started trying to install it. is it ok for the install time to take up like 9 hours? any Ideas whats going on?

    No, it should only take an hour, 2 at the most if you have connection issues. You should check the cpanel installation thread logs in /var/log/ also check that you have valid DNS resolvers configured in /etc/resolv.conf and that they're working.
