well u would need to make a custom error page from the main account.
AKA if whm/cpanel was on mydomain.com you would find apache's error pages and then change the page for 509 errors. If it don't work then never mind but it should! |

The message that you see is complied in the mod_bwlimited.so file in/usr/local/apache/libexec
You would need to modify the mod_bwlimited.c file in /usr/local/cpanel/apache and recompile mod_bwlimited.
