I wonder if someone else if having this issues with Cpanel Support.

Everytime I reply to Cpanel STAFF via email I get this error message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

generated by 284210+aOOa7WFVQ2@tickets.cpanel.net

I also CAN'T reply via webpage to the staff.
I'm using Firefox...is this only happening to me?

Contact them directly and tell them about it. billing AT cpanel.net should get you in I'm sure.
