    Default About install the Cpanel

    System:CentOS Optimized+Apache+MySQL+PHP

    Some one told me the apache must be Uninstall when i start to install the Cpanel. and then entered the "yum remove httpd".

    But now the system alert "Your system kernel may have been updated.
    This would have occurred in an attempt to install gcc, which is required.
    Before rebooting the system, please ensure that the installed kernel version is
    compatible with your deployment.

    Hello team,

    I have the same issue

    I have an old server, all is ok, cpanel is ok

    into my new server, with centos minimal 5.4 64bits,i try to install cpanel , i have the same message at the end of the installation. I would like to say that my server is just restored.

    +.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks to cpanel support.

    I paste the response :

    1. I deleted the contents of /home/.cpan/ (but I did not delete the directory itself)
    2. I deleted the contents of /home/.cpcpan/ (but I did not delete the directory itself)
    3. I ran `/scripts/checkperlmodules --force` which resolved the Perl module issues
