Access client cpanel

Hello, is it possible to access a customer's cpanel via WHM without their password????... it would be helpful to fix errors people have with crontab and mysql users/databases without bypassing cpanel's systems.

You certainly can, use thier username and your password for WHM.

you can't access to their mysql config with their login and your root passw

Also phpmyadmin won't work.

By the way: You can both use reseller and root password.

You will have all functions by using the reseller/root password except phpmyadmin.
