Access Denied - API

Getting Access Denied when attempting to use the API.

Using the root login with correct password. Even tried disabling firewall but still no difference.

Any ideas?

Can you elaborate a bit more on what it is you're doing with the API? Might be helpful for someone to assist. You're not giving much to go on here.

Sorry yes, we are trying to create DNS zones via it.

For example:
https://root:password@serverhostname...m&ip=IPADDRESS

Even when running this it brings back "Access Deneid".

This is sometimes browser-dependent. For example, the URL you are using may not be compatible with Internet Explorer 9. Please attempt to reproduce this problem with a browser such as Opera and let us know if you get the same result.
