    Hello,

    I want access to phpmyadmin on 1 account on cpanel, but I not have the access of this account cpanel, can I access to phpmyadmin without having it?

    Not as far as I know. You'll need to install a stand-alone version of phpmyadmin. It's a pretty straight fwd install though.
