Account Alert Emails

I am getting emails saying the below but when I click the link it gives me a file to download which I did not download. Any advice? Or is it just spam? I looked at where the email came from and got email address abuse@username.com (my domain name for username) but the download file frm webhost.yfcdavao.org which I have never heard of.
