It possible to fix?

Setup Date: Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969

All accounts were moved to the server roughly the same time...

Looks like your OS's epoch date (the date its clock determines the date from). You've probably got a zero date in the configuration files.

Have a look in /var/cpanel/users/ abd edit the account files. One of the fields is STARTDATE. If you want to reset that to the current date and time you can determine it with:
