Account creation email

When an account is created in whm whether the server owner or a reseller, an email is supposed to be sent indicating and account has been created. Before I recieved these emails and now for some reason I am not receiving them. I setup a reseller account to see if that account received such emails and yes it is. But I am not receiving them. Any clue?

I have forwarding setup in whm for root and nobody.

Also my contact manager has the default settings:

AIM/ICQ 2 (jcruz67/)
Email 3 ()
Pager 1 ()

Now I'm puzzled, should those numbers be included in the () such as Email 3 (3)?

Can someone confirm how their settings look? I am running the latest stable version Cpanel 6.0.0-S109

Email (priority number) (name@contactdomain.com)
Pager (priority number) (pager info)

In WHM:
Select edit setup and add the missing server contact info.
