account creation fails

i am trying to move some accounts between by servers everything goes until backup copy while restore it fails with message :-

Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a mysql user with the name xxxxx already exists.)

please help

Please check if that user (the name you have blocked out with xxxxx) is showing up in /var/cpanel/databases/ location:

grep username /var/cpanel/databases/*

If that user is already showing up in that location, it will prevent the account from restoring.

no such user found in that location , also i deleted that user details in table "user" using phpmyadmin still account creation fails
