Account DNS Zone Management

Hello,
I really want to be able to give my users the option of being able to modify the domain zonez that are on there account. Is there a script i can set up that will allow users to edit there own DNS zones? I want somthing like Webmin. Webmin would allow you to make a user, then assign domains that that user can edit.

I had webmin doing this for awhile, but i cant seem to get it to play nice with cpanel anymore.

The only way you can let a user change the DNS settings is by making the user a reseller, giving them access to the WHM control panel and setting up the reseller limits to disalow anything except for allowing to change DNS.
