    Exclamation Account Issues at client login

    My server has been working fine for a long time, now all the sudden when i login through the regular user login ( I have created my own account) the users that are on the server do not list, how ever on any of the users accounts they have that feture. That is when the thing saying Warning: You are logged in using the reseller or root password is there bellow is a picture:



    That image above is from ANY one of the clients accounts, mine no longer has that.

    how can i make that go away from there account so that that function is disabled and it is enabled for mine.

    You will have the drop box for all of the accounts if you log into any cpanel account using your WHM ROOT password.

    So, for your personal account that does not show the drop box, you obviously are not using the WHM root password.

    Any client account would not be using your root pass, so they will not see it..
