Account not created after account creation

I am running a beta license of cpanel. Everything seems to work normally, but when I go to create a new account, the page would return with a warning about &missing NS entry...& and account creation complete. But when I go to List account, nothing shows up.

I admit that I am not very certain about the list account screen, but I typed in &*& and submitted, and nothing come back.

On the other hand, packages created do show up after creation, only accounts are not showing up.

I would appreciate any help.

forgot to mention, the account doesn't show up in all the screen, not just the list account screen. E.g. modify account, terminate account, ...

Furthermore, even if I assign an IP based account, the IP is still shown as free.

Ok, I got my problem fixed with help from a friend. I forgot to turn on name server.
