account problem

Hello Alll

we have created one account on the server; it is showing on the server using SSH or console
when we atried to access whm we are unable to see this account name under the main whm.
we have login using root user name and root password but unable to see the account.

account dir and account entry is already on the server .
we are unable to delete coz it is not showing in list.

what shall we have to do?

Is there any user specific file in the /var/cpanel/users directory?
if yes run /scripts/updateuserdomains

May be it will help you to solve your problem.

Double check httpd.conf and see if the VirtualHost entry for any domain you host is there.
