    Default Account Transfer/copy failed!

    Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home loaded rentcard/cp/rentcard)?
    Extract Failed


    Does anyone know what the problem is? I have read this somewhere before, but did not see a solid fix.

    Any help people?

    How much space does the copied site have and how much free space does the server have that it is being copied from?

    it's 100 mb space for the site which i want copied and on the server which i want copy the site on it over 20 gb free

    Hi,

    If you look closer into the error, you may get that the problem is rentcard/cp/rentcard is missing while restoring the account, There should be an extracted directory of the backup created in /home as per the error you proided(say backup-1.24.2009_17-08-23_rentcard), please rename the particular directory to rentcard and try restoring it again using the restorepkg script, it should work.
