Account Transfer - Email not showing

Hi,

I did an account migration from one server to the other. Everything worked out well, but even though people can see that their mailboxes actually have emails (space-wise), they cannot seem to get to them??

I think this might be something with the upgrade of email some time ago, but I do not think this new server went through the process.

What should I do? I'd also hate for people to now receive all this email all over again, some have over 30 megs in inbox and they'd get really mad.

Any thoughts?

Check within an accounts mail directory and see if it was previously converted to maildir. If you have /home/username/mail/domain.com/account/cur (and /new and /tmp) then the original server was running maildir and you'd need to convert again using /scripts/convert2maildir
