account transfer script on WHM doesn't work

hi,

I am trying to transfer a domain account from ensim 4.0.3 to cpanel but i keep on getting error :

opying pkgacct-enXim script.....0%.. ..100%.. ...Done
Setting permissions on pkgacct-enXim script... Done
Unable to chmod script

What have i done wrong?

ok found the problem, i just have to use root access instead of using the option to su to root.

what "user" did you specify ? because i always get :

Copying pkgacct-enXim script.....0%.. ..100%.. ...Done
Copying unpkgacct script.....0%.. ..100%.. ...Done
Packaging the account...

Invalid user admin267
[CODE]

And the same if I specify user as: "domain.com" or "site267" in this case..
any suggestions ??
